This exquisitely excruciating piece will spread you open and leave you completely at their mercy. Designed to be inserted into the urethra, the two rounded spreader arms are suspended from a threaded bar. Twist the center nuts open as far as you think you can stand to get started. Then, as you tighten down the outer wing nuts, the arms will be pulled further and further apart, forcibly dilating your urethral opening.

The arms don’t stay straight and kinda dig in. Other than that, it’s an ingenious device that stretches my tip and makes it a bit raw and augments the pleasure.
the head ring was a little large and the stretchers needed to be a little longer. Other than that .. great product
I jumped a full 1 mm in just 4 sessions with this! I’d been stuck for a while with just sounds stretching. It hurts quite a bit because of the thin rods you stretch with, but it works. Next time I use it, I will use pain deadener cream……unless I’m feeling macho.
I was having difficulties getting an 8mm penis plug “loaded” and found this device. Day one use has provided some bearable pain. It must be doing something….I will report back and update this review after a few days to a week for progress updates. The device will slide off if not tight. Tape over the head will do the job keeping it on temporarily. Would be better if there were 4 stems instead of 2. I have been able to increase the tension as the day has progressed. Makes for iffy walking, but it can be done.
Although it is larger than anticipation, it can be convinced if it equips.
Because the arm which is easy to put into urethral openings is thin even if it does not use a lotion.
However, if it does not fix with a nut and a screw, the arm will fall out from urethral openings.
Quite effective, if it uses as a stretcher before expansive use by HEGAR or PRATT although it is not fit for hard extension.
