This 4-inch thick and tall curved posture collar is handmade of durable leather which will hold up to the struggling of the wearer. It forces the wearer to keep their neck perfectly straight with their chin out. It features a solid welded tri-ring on the front and a heavy locking roller buckle in back. It can be used with or without a lock.

Good quality but bottom will bruise tissue over collar bone due to very restrictive fit.
Excellent product, looks just like the picture. Be advised if you have a short neck it will sit under your chin and on your collar bone.
Fits good and looks nice. Size does mater.
Purchased the small size of this posture collar, which is supposed to fit down to 12.5″. In practice, the smallest notch on the collar is at about 13.5″ diameter, which is disappointing for a girl with a 12″ neck that likes having her collar cinched tight. I’ve been tempted to make a new buckle notch in the strap on the back, it looks like there is room.
