It’s heavier than I expected but works well overall. The hooks sometimes get stuck when I’m trying to open them (but they’re fine when closing), and they will then require some wiggling to open, but I’m still happy with the quality.

Haven’t put the clip to a ‘stress test’ yet, and it is a little stuff on the triggers, but for a reasonable price it suits the purpose (clamping the strap grommets together on an open top leather bag).
Good clip. It has gotten a bit stiff over time. I think I like the brass ones a bit better but it does work just fine and the price is right.
