All Sales Are Final

Because of the intimate nature of our product line, health regulations and safety of our customers, returning a non-defective product is not possible. Once items leave our warehouse they are considered used and may not be returned. We do not offer satisfaction returns. We encourage you to read product descriptions and select your items carefully before you make a purchase. For example, if you select the wrong size or color of an item, it cannot be exchanged for something different. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to take it back.

Color & Measurements

Please note that exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes the color of your toy may vary from what you perceive on your screen. This can be due to a variety of factors beyond our control. An item will not be considered as “falsely advertised” if the color of your item is not exactly the same as the image we have on our site. Measurements are provided as per the manufacturer and may vary slightly from the actual object. This is the most accurate information we have at the time a product is added to our store.

Factory Packaging

Please note that not all products we sell come with a manufacturer seal. We have limited control over this as every manufacturer has different practices. Please know that every item we sell is brand new. In a rare event your item arrives with packaging that looks beat up or compromised, this would have happened in transit.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If there was a mistake made and incorrect item was shipped to you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it free of charge. Before returning any item back to us, please obtain a Return Authorization to start the exchange process.

Defective Products

We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products. In the unfortunate event you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery to receive a replacement. We will exchange any defective item for that same item only.

How To Make A Return

To process your defective item exchange promptly, all returns must be pre-approved. You will need to contact our Customer Service for your Return Authorization. In your message, please reference the item SKU, order number and explain the item defect. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

Before you send your product back, we’ll help you troubleshoot your toy to see if we can resolve the problem. If troubleshooting fails, our Customer Service department will then provide you with a RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item.

All returns must have an approved RMA number. Any items sent back without a proper Return Authorization will be refused and shipped back to you.

What Happens After We Have Received Your Return

When we receive your return, we’ll inspect and test your item. If we determine that your toy is defective, we’ll send you a same-item replacement. In the event we find your toy is working correctly, we’ll send it back to you.

When To Expect Replacement Or Credit

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process it.
